Portland went good. The boys and I won the 600 endurance class on Saturday, got 2nd overall of the classes combined. On Sunday the boys entered 3 classes. They ran their 3 heat races for each class starting towards the back and ended up: Garrett 9th, Jett 11th * Garrett 10th, Jett 11th* Garrett 16th?(ran off track) Jett crashed (oil on the track). I ran my heat race and won it, then we had to thrash to get Jetts bike back together for the mains.He was unhurt, but the bike took a pretty good tumble through the dirt.We got it together just in time then had a pretty good rainstorm come through and they started the mains in the rain, so the boys missed the first two mains then it dried and they started the last one (Garrett 3rd row-Jett back row because of crash) they got really good starts(up to about 9th and 11th by the first turn), and then Jett got taken off the track and came around last. Garrett had a good race and ended up getting 3rd at the line. Jett ended up passing quite a few guys and getting 19th or so? I ran my main and pulled in because a guy was spewing oil all over the track, went back out and was able to break the track record…caught and passed some of the guys but not sure where I ended up. We had fun and in the end it was all good.
